Polyurethane molded outsole and insole products are produced in either our China, USA (Lewiston, ME) and Vietnam (opening July 2011) factories. All facilities offer products featuring our high quality urethane formulation designed to deliver Lightweight, Single or Multi Density, Shock Absorbing comfort, as well as Oil and Slip Resistant properties.

Jones & Vining has over 40 years experience in the manufacturing of lightweight quality Poured PU outsoles for the American market, and over 25 years experience manufacturing PU in Asia.

Single density (standard or slip resistant)
Dual Density (with post applied elastomeric pads)
Triple Density (with cocoon interior, midsole and outsole)
