Jones & Vining offers high-quality molded outsoles, produced under specialized manufacturing processes with stringent laboratory testing which led to the creation of our Jones & Vining molded outsole platform. Technically innovative materials such as Emax®, J-Lite®, Herculite® and Polyurethane, as well as our “eco-friendly” material, Double R®, present an opportunity for the custom manufacture of outsoles designed to meet the specific needs of emerging footwear markets. Our JV line of outsoles encompasses the lightweight, texture and finish specifications of a “fashion” platform, our abrasion and oil-resistant formulation specifications of a “performance” platform, while our Double R® natural and rice husks meet the specifications of an “eco-friendly” platform.

Polyurethane		Injection
High quality poured PU outsoles and Insoles are produced in our USA Lewiston, Maine, China and our soon to be opened Vietnam facilities. All JV PU facilities feature high quality urethane formulations designed to deliver lightweight, single or multi density shock absorbing comfort, as well as oil and slip resistant properties.		J-Lite®, our expanded TPU material, is produced in our Lewiston, Maine facility. J-Lite® is a specialized material that provides a lightweight benefit with excellent slip resistant as well as an aesthetically pleasing dull/shiny contrast.TPR, TPE and PU injection molded products are also available upon request.
EMAX®		Double R®
EMAX® is a high performance lightweight micro-cellular material developed and formulated exclusively by Jones & Vining, as a superior alternative to EVA.		Double R® (rice rubber) is a unique, sustainable, eco-friendly product featuring a combination of natural rubber SBR and natural “rice husks”.
