Jones & Vining was founded in 1930, and is currently the last remaining shoe last manufacturer in the United States. With the shift in manufacturing to Asia, we now have factories in Thailand, China and a new factory in Vietnam opened in July 2011.

In 1984, Jones & Vining revolutionized the footwear industry with the introduction of its patented COMPU-LAST® system.

Compu-Last® is a computer-controlled last production system which numerically defines the last; precisely grades and reproduces production lasts; while guaranteeing consistency of quality and fit. This system interfaces with our CAD systems, namely New Last®, Forma 2000® and others.

We have TALENTED MODEL MAKERS based in the USA and Asia with over 150 years of combined experience. The top brands rely on these skilled craftsmen for their knowledge and extensive experience in the development of proper fitting last models for all types of footwear (athletic, casual, dress, sandal, boot, outdoor and military).

CONSTRUCTION OPTIONS:

Lasts designed for cement, strobel or good year welt construction.

TRIM OPTIONS:
HINGES, THIMBLES, AND PLATES:

Regular V or pac (European) hinges are available. Footwear made on lasts with hinges end up with proper fitting characteristics as well as a neat topline. Regular or thru-way thimbles available. Toe, heel or full iron plates available.
